Like the ever-changing skies, our lives are always changing and flowing, making the ride of life one great adventure. I believe that the more adaptable we can be, the better able we are to handle these changes.
As your coach, my goal is to collaborate with you to find what it is in this season that you need to best succeed.
About Me
I have been in the healthcare field for over 15 years, working with patients to improve their lives, from the inside out. With a degree in Health Promotion, my dream is just that, that we can all improve from within, promoting our best self. I believe that we all have the capability to change, creating our best, most fulfilled lives.
While I have worked coaching patients to improve their health & wellness, I decided to progress my own path to become a certified Health & Wellness Coach. I am proud to have studied at WellCoaches, the leader in this field. I am currently looking for clients to obtain my clinical hours to become a certified Health & Wellness Coach and ultimately a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
As your health coach, I am here to collaborate and guide you on the path to make the changes you desire to improve your health and wellness.
What is a Health or Wellness Coach?
A health or wellness coach is (hopefully) professionally trained to help clients recognize and empower themselves as the expert in their own life.
YOU know yourself best.
With me as your coach, you will have regular check in’s to discuss these desires, what is inhibiting you from reaching your goals, discover and harness your strengths, and collaboration on what will aid you in reaching your best life via sustainable goals created to best work for YOU.
What does happy and healthy look like to you and how can we work together to get you there?
Together we will find your why, identify any challenges preventing change, and ultimately work together to get you on the path to the new you that you dream of!
As your coach, I will collaborate with you to provide accountability, motivation, encouragement, practical knowledge, guidance, support and strategies to navigate your way to change. I am committed to walk alongside you on this path to your healthiest self until your desired outcome is achieved.
